Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We value your business and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bath and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items.

Unused, unopened gift items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at : bathbomballoons@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing bathbomballoons@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Bath bombs

Any cosmetic or personal care product

Used or opened products

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items

Allergy & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

All of our bath and cosmetic products are made with carefully selected ingredients. However, as with any skincare or bath item, reactions may vary by individual. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before use. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of our products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

Shipping: Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days (domestic) or 7 to 28 business days (international). You’ll get tracking info as soon as your package is on its way!

• For oil burners only – place granules in the reservoir, do not add water.

• Keep away from children and pets – granules are not edible and should not be ingested.

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes – may cause irritation. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

• Do not use near open flames – always place oil burners on a heatproof surface, away from flammable materials.

• Do not leave unattended – never leave an oil burner or fragranced plate unattended while in use.

• Use in well-ventilated areas – to avoid overwhelming scent build-up.

• Dispose of used granules safely – allow to cool before discarding.

• Store in a cool, dry place – reseal bag to maintain freshness and prevent spills.

• Should be monitored at all times - Never leave a naked flame unattended
