How to Use / Set Up

1. Unpack carefullyRemove the candle holder from its packaging. Because it is handmade and uses natural materials, there may be slight imperfections or variations in colour/texture. Inspect for any damage.

2. Choose a stable surfacePlace the item on a flat, level, heat-resistant surface. The base should be stable so the sign doesn’t tip over when in use.

3. Insert a tealight candleFind the carved space under the “LOVE” sign meant for one tealight candle. Place a standard tealight in this recess. Use only tealight candles sized to fit safely without touching the wooden edges.

4. Lighting the candle

   • Light the tealight carefully using a long lighter or match.

   • Make sure the area around the candle is clear—no flammable materials nearby.

   • Do not leave the lit candle unattended.

5. Extinguishing the candleBlow out gently or use a snuffer. Wait until all embers are completely out and no more smoke or visible flame remains.

Care & Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not soak in water or use harsh chemicals; the natural wood may be damaged.

• Handling: Avoid dropping or knocking; the material is handmade and may crack or splinter.

• Storage: When not in use, store in a dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading.

• Safety tips:

  • Always place the candle holder away from drafts.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Make sure the tealight’s flame is well below the wood to avoid scorch marks.

Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bath and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items.

Unused, unopened gift items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at : bathbomballoons@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing bathbomballoons@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Used or opened products

All of our bath and cosmetic products are made with carefully selected ingredients. However, as with any skincare or bath item, reactions may vary by individual. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before use. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of our products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
